  • I was pleased with the estimate process and customer service I received over the phone and via email. The staff was very attentive and answered all my questions right away. Not so pleased when the moving crew arrived for my move (4 hours, 3 men), one of the men spent 30 mins using my bathroom while the other two worked causing the move to take more time than it should have. The quote I received was higher than the other "two men" movers, but picked Easy Movers because of the attentive customer service. Be advised, the "hustle" that was promised in the original quote is not quite what will be provided.
