  • I have lived here for just under two years ... first and for most as I read all the others reviews I am actually kind of shocked ... in regards to maintenance. If anything maintenance here is amazing. They have always been so kind and courteous to me ... even went as far as asssiting me to hang up some curtains and rods. They are prompt and extremely responsive .. and respect my wishes of no shoes on the carpet. From every little request from a burnt out light bulb to a clogged drained - by far the best service I have experienced. They wave at me every morning and say hello at all times. The office staff - lets face it - I am not the easiest person to please - I work allot and I am a single mother with little to no time for WASTING time so most of the time I am short and curt - every single person in that office has been nothing but kind and helpful even when I am extremely challenging. To that point where I actually feel bad and call back to apologize. This was my first home moving to AZ from California and I could not be more happier. The parking is a bit challenging but I pay extra for a garage and problem solved. Yes people don't pick up after their animals sometimes but I chose my battles. I have on more than one occasion referred people here ... all in all I do enjoy living here. No theft, vandalism I have even left my garage open in accident on several locations with golf clubs - fishing poles - etc in there ... to each their own.
