  • DO NOT SHOP HERE, I have had a great experience with tmobile corp (every time I call) and with various tmobile locations in MA. My wife went to this location to have a new phone added and activated to our account. I called corp while she was there. Corp. said everything is good to go, I head-back to work. Long story short, they did not sell her a phone, add it to the account. only pissed her off. They refused to even talk to me. They do not help their customers. I called corp again and even they apologized a million times for the bad experience. They said the employees here should have done their job, sold a phone and provided great service! I will be flying to vegas in a week, I cant wait to take the time to visit this store, just to tell them how much THEY SUCK. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! Tomorrow when my wife has a pleasant experience at another, I will leave another review telling you where to shop. As of right now, customer service is your job, this store fails, I would fire every employee and manager; hire an excellent staff!
