| - Bought a couple's massage on Groupon. Got there a little early, they took me and my husband in for our appointment right away.
They were friendly. The place was clean.
Why was it average? Because I think it would've been nice to have the option to talk to my husband if I wanted to, but the walls are made of curtains, so you can hear every little whisper by anybody else getting a massage. There was some privacy but I would've appreciated a little more.
Also, I'm glad I read the reviews ahead of time. The couple's massage does NOT come with hot stones, yet in the middle of our massage, the two therapists disappeared for at least a minute (leaving both of us to wonder what was happening) and came back with them. Before they started using the hot stones, I came out of my relaxed state to ask, "Are hot stones extra???" And they said, "Yes," so we politely declined. We can't believe they were trying to sneak in an additional service we never agreed to. Not cool.
We can't say they paid much attention to the areas we requested. They probably go by a routine for massages and don't deviate too much.
People have made comments about the tips... yes, they have their own system of what they think tipping should be, but as far as I'm concerned, it's our dollar, and we tipped them the way we wanted to, and it had nothing to do with their system.
