  • I took my granddaughter in for a gelato and she ended up with the toasted marshmallow topping. Nothing cooler for a ten year old than seeing a homemade marshmallow toasted with a blow torch, frozen with liquid nitrogen then crumbled over chocolate gelato. So cool in fact, that I had the Madagascar Vanilla bean with raspberry toasted marshmallow. Really nice and informed owners. I highly recommend.
