  • Paula in service deserves five stars. She was friendly, communicative, energetic and on top of our needs...overall great. Service also gets five stars--parts had to be ordered on my son's KIA Soul. Paula called us the day the parts came in, we brought the car back and it was done (parts replaced, oil and a few other maintenance items) before close of business the same day. My first visit to have the item fixed, I waited in their showroom--lots of folks there, free wiki, TV, air-conditioning so not a bad place to hang out if need be. Car wash also done free of charge---looks like the car was just rinsed off, but that wasn't going to affect the stars for the service provided.
