  • This place is great for Halloween costumes and accessories however, the owners and some of the staff are extremely rude. One time my husband and I went in to buy a toy star wars gun for our son. We tried out two and a staff member yelled "hey knock it off with the guns". I couldn't believe she was yelling at two adults. We told her that our son had described a gun with a certain sound therefore were trying to figure out which one and she still told us not to touch them and continued to be very rude. They also act as if they are extremely annoyed by every customer especially children which is odd behaviour given they sell children's toys and costumes. They follow you around the store and never say hi or even thank-you when you are paying for something. I have gone back several times thinking that this time there will be a new staff or a change in behaviour but each time I have encountered rudeness or indifference. Do not let your child or teenager go in here alone or they will most likely will be stalked around the store and given dirty looks!
