The best thing about Chuck's in Chagrin is Mike the beer guy. He is the only reason I gave this place three stars instead of two. Not only does he know his stuff, but they have a great selection. They have a pretty good beer glass selection too if you are into that kind of thing.
The wine selection is fine at Chucks, but you are going to pay a premium price for the wine because it is in Chagrin. It's convenient if you forgot to bring a bottle and you are en route to someone's house, but other than that, you should seek your finds elsewhere.
The cheese selection here is ok, but it seems as though it is somewhat neglected. The only food that I buy here are Marks Smokies because they are damn good. If you ever see a Marks Smokey, buy one and try it. As for the cheese here, check out the cheese selection at Miles Market for some pretty good selections.
I'll sum up Chucks in two sentences: I have about 300 bottles in my cellar and not one is from Chucks. I have about 50 beers in the fridge and probably half are from Chucks. Go figure.
