Kristie was the waitress and she did a fantastic job. Especially when she brought out the big spoon for dessert for my father.
I'll get more into that in a bit
Started off getting in the door and we were early. We ordered drinks and I got a good dirty martini. Very well made
Our seats were very good so we could see the stage.
We started off with appetizers. Calamari and brie. Both were very tasty. One person had never had Calamari but she tried it. She liked it. The brie had spiced apple on top of it. Those appetizers were polished off in no time at all.
Main courses were blackened salmon salad for me, salmon for my sister and beef tips for dad and his friend. The salad had a big slab of salmon in it. Very good and blackened just right so to taste the seasoning without overwhelming it.
The play was the Christmas Story, the musical. The production was well done. The sets on the stage were very good.
We did the apple cranberry crisp with vanilla ice cream. My father asked for a big spoon to make sure he got his fair share. The dessert came at intermission and Kristie did not disappoint my dad by forgetting the big spoon. It was a big one. The crisp was warm and very tasty.
Overall a very good night with everything perfect. Arizona Broadway theater has thier act together and they have a good lineup for plays coming up in 2017. Make sure you get to one.
And don't forget to ask for the big spoon for dessert.
