  • I have been bringing my cats to this office for over 4 yrs and today is the second time they refused to see my pets in an acute condition because it was 45 minutes before they were closing(I would be there in 15 minutes) and they referred me to the emergency clinic 10 miles further down the road. The first time I had to put my baby down, they refused being to close to closing time and this time I don't know . My baby is not recovering well from a procedure performed in an emergency situation yesterday and I just wanted him to have a look and make sure the abscess was healing and not worsening. I had called them earlier in the day to let them know I would be in if I felt the situation was not getting better. Told them he hadn't urinated in somewhere over 6 hrs and it didn't matter , so callous. Well finding a new doctor tomorrow.
