  • Ordered lunch for my team and the delivery guy was over 20 minutes late. I ended up calling to see where the delivery guy was, and after waiting on hold for almost 5 minutes, I was told the delivery guy couldn't find us and "tried" calling us 4 times. We were in a landmark building downtown so it's easy to find. Almost 10 minutes after calling, our food was delivered and it was cold. I'd recommend doing a pick up there instead of delivery.
