  • This is my favorite pet smart in all of Vegas and Henderson. The grooming department is amazing. My dog Louie hates the moment we pull into the parking lot(he knows it's about to go down) but that's to be expected lol because he hates to be groomed knowing all the girl doggies are gonna be after him once he's finished and he hates all the attention he receives. Louie gets the best treatment there. He goes in there looking like a dollar but comes out looking like a hundred bucks thanks to his one and only groomer THERESA! She knows her job and knows exactly how I like MY LOUIE groomed. No doubt about that. Thank you Theresa for always taking care of my fur baby. I always request her, if she's not there I just have to wait until she's available. For instance today was my only day off from work and I called on such short notice. Louie looked a mess. Of course she was booked being it was a last minute request. but my baby needed a good wash and haircut for his pictures I had to take him in anyway. After dropping him off I received a phone call from Theresa saying Louie was ready to be picked up and that she/herself groomed my Louie. I was so excited knowing I wasn't going to be disappointed I just want to say thank you Theresa for going above and beyond your call of duty. Customer service at its finest. He looked amazing as always
