  • At first glance Average Broz Gymnasium may seem intimidating. You walk into the facility located off Las Vegas Blvd South to see 12 Weightlifting Platforms with thousands of kilos in Eleiko plates and barbells, old school machines, none of the frill your local global gyms possess, and some of the best weightlifters in the US. What you may not see in that split second is what you will once you are done training, and that is the heart and dedication that radiates throughout the gym. The kindness, the passion, and the overall positive vibe is unmistakable. The athletes are welcoming and helpful and are sure to strike up a conversation or return a smile in-between lifts. The owner, Coach Broz (Senior International USAW Coach), is a standup guy. Genuine, incredibly intelligent, kind, and doused with hilarious sarcasm. He will make you smile, he will make you laugh, and if you are one of his athletes he will probably make you cry at some point or other. He pours his heart and soul into his gym and it shows. People come from all over the world to train at Average Broz Gym, so if you happen to be in Vegas, its a no brainer to stop in and see what all the fuss is about. Whether you are an olympic weightlifter, a crossfitter, a powerlifter, an athlete, or someone who just wants to stay in shape/ get in shape ABG is without a doubt the place to be.
