The service dept took advantage of my elderly disabled brother and wife. My bother purchased a new vehicle less than 6 months ago, he had the salesman put on sales contract that they would fix brake squeal and grabbing. He has taken vehicle back to dealership 8 times within 6 months to have it fixed. They refused to fix the vehicle. On Monday 3/6/17, I went with my brother and asked to talk to service manager. He refused to talk to us, sent a flunky which proceeded to give us excuses. Finally, they decided to fix it. My brother took back yesterday per their request and when he picked up vehicle it was worse. We have had two independent mechanics look at vehicle and was told by both that the brake are defective and dangerous. Avoid this dealership at all cost, they do not stand behind their word.
