  • A driver with this insurance rear ended me I tried to call this office and the phone number on the insurance card is a personal phone line and he was not in the office and directed to another number to contact his partner and gave me the run around and after calling multiple times and leaving voicemails they never contacted me . They seemed very unprofessional and didn't want to deal with the situation . 4 days later I finally had to have my insurance get in contact with safe co directly . So if you want an insurance company that doesn't want to help when you are in an accident this is definitely the way to go!! Good job Dan and Todd
