  • So rude! I am not from the area and am in town working with a 2013 ford escape (company car). Something happened to it while driving between appointments, so I called the service line to ask them if there was any way they could just check out the car, explained my situation (not being from here and unfamiliar with the area), and the person on the phone simply said "no" and hung up. Nice!
