There are a million pharmacies in the area. Use one of them instead.
The pharmacy here is terrible, and the latest wasn't a one-time experience. Their latest failure was a 30+ minute wait for an in-person drop-off, despite the drop-off being a very, very common pain medication that could easily be filled in a minute. And, despite the fact that there was NO ONE else waiting for most of that time (see photos). Oh well, let's just let the patient in pain sit and needlessly wait.
And no, it wasn't an oversight. Big Amy (with her not-so-subtle smirks) behind the counter and one of her co-workers looked at me several times while I was waiting.
So why didn't I complain? I just came from an oral surgeon and really couldn't speak. But they should have ascertained as much, given the prescriptions they were filling for me.
I've used their drive thru before which was almost equally frustrating. There are two lanes. On more than one occasion they've helped the vehicle in the other lane even though I was next in line. And in all cases, they're very slow. So having to inappropriately wait for another vehicle that arrived after I did means I'm sitting there for many minutes.
This pharmacy is inexcusably terrible. At best, it's incompetence. At worst, it's a few miserable employees that desire similar company.
