The room was clean and comfortable. The tub drained a little slower than I would have liked but other than that the room itself was fine. They get one star for a clean room and an easy check in process. Another star for a decent complimentary hot breakfast. I would have given 3 stars but they locked us out of our room saying our card for deposit wasn't working. How about giving us a call and asking us to come to the front desk? And if that didn't work, then locking us out of the room. I worked for a hotel for years and we'd always call first. That was pretty shady. Also, where is the workout room they supposedly have? 3 different employees attempted to point us in the right direction. But all we found were signs directing us to what appeared to be the invisible workout room. You would think the staff would know? And what is with the "delivery fee" for room service on top of an 18% gratuity? Seriously? And they expect you to tip on top of that? No thank you. The room was fine, the price was decent for what was offered. But if you get hungry after breakfast I suggest you head out of the hotel for some food and actual service! (we didn't eat in the restaurant so I can't review how that service or food was)
