  • This place is horrible. I have seen their TV ad, "New Rav4 for only $18,988!" and thought wow, that is a great price even for a base model RAV. So I called them, and this gentleman named Jeremy tells me that they have lots of them in stock, they are so popular and sell so fast. I asked him to MAKE SURE they were in inventory, because I was driving out there and didn't want to see anything else. He assured me, there were several on the lot. What a bunch of crap. Well, lo and behold.. I get out there and there are suddenly "none in stock, they all sold out". I laughed and said to the salesperson, I figured it was just a scam bait car to get people out here. He told me I could talk numbers with them on one of their other available models, and they could get the price down in reason because of my trouble. I said No thanks, I will never do business with a company that pulls that scam bait S%^t. I walked out on them. I then went to Scott Clark's, and proceeded to purchase a brand new Rav4 from them, for a good deal. They have always been good to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM TOYOTA OF LAKE NORMAN!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!
