  • I have never given a business a low star rating but this trip reminds me why I wash my car on my own. I got the ultimate plus car wash and the inside of my car was so dirty I had to ask the guy why the inside of my car wasn't wiped down. His response was ya we just dust the inside, if you want anything wiped down in ur car you will have to get it detailed, to much time to wipe your seat. You would think that this car wash that cost 30 bucks you would at least get your seats wiped. On top of that there was steal leaves and dirt on my back seat floors. Remind you I basically cleaned my entire car out so they had little work to do but just vacuum and wipe the seats. Doesn't your car wash machine do most of the work? Really hope you fix what's included in your packages when we can go right down the street and wash it ourselves half the cost.
