  • I went into Best Buy today to compare some laptops. The team leader in the laptop department (I can't remember her name) was absolutely wonderful. Even though she knew I was not purchasing she helped me figure out what was best for me. She also helped me pick out some accessories for the new work computer as well. It's rare to find good customer service and she definitely surpassed my expectations. So thank you to the computer department team leader that was working this afternoon around 1:30pm today.
