Called and set up a, "walk the yard" meeting with Chris. He arrived 20 minutes late. I found him to be very knowledgeable and full of good ideas for how to balance the yard, possibly move some trees around, and design a corner space in the front yard. He said to give him until Monday to get an estimate to me. Monday came and went, so I emailed to follow up. Someone responded, saying he was working 12 hour days, and that she would get back to me. Well, that was 4 days ago, and I haven't heard anything back. I understand that landscapers this time of year are extremely busy, but it doesn't cost anything to follow up and tell a potential customer you need extra time vs. ignoring them and making them wonder if you want their business. As much as I liked him and felt he would do a good job, I hired someone else because I don't think they run an organized operation.
