Teppanyaki, tableside grilling with shrimp flying in the air and big flames heating the large griddle in front of the patrons is fun, but not authentic Japanese cuisine. Rocky Aoki:s restaurants in Tokyo are called Benihana of New York. But it's still entertainment and kids love the blazing knives and food flying in the air. Hokkaido does a good job, but Musashi is more authentic in cuisine and flavors. No one can speak Japanese here. Green tea is awful. Service is very good.
