  • Usually like Brio.....not this one. Waited in the reception area ten minutes. Finally greeted by a flustered woman who brusquely seated us. Waited another ten minutes....no acknowledgement, no drinks, nada. Mid afternoon, not rushed. Left and went to the Cheesecake Factory and had a great lunch with excellent service from a well trained waitstaff who are obviously well managed.
