  • We went to La Fontanella last night. I have been wanting to try it for awhile. The place is cute, although it could use some color on the walls, as they are all white. The staff and owners were wonderful. Our waiter was phenomenol, really knew his stuff. We ordered the Calamari for an appetizer, and it comes with this zesty red sauce. SO GOOD!! Really, I haven't had better calamari and that sauce, wow! We both ordered salads before our entrees, and they were just ok for me. The house dressing is a caesar blend, and it was really strong. They have killer bread, with an outstanding olive oil blend. And really FRESH parmesan cheese on the table. We ordered Chicken Parmesan, with sides of spaghetti, and we also got some meatballs/sausage on the side too. The Chicken Parm was good, but the spaghetti and the meat sauce were awesome. The meatballs were extrememly good as well. Everything here is made fresh, this is NOT Olive Garden. They refilled our drinks very timely, and our overall experience was great. Would definitely go back.
