  • Nope. Nope, nope, nope. Been coming here for a few years, only because there weren't very many other options downtown. It used to be quick, efficient and nice service and $8 eyebrows, which was an amazing price for downtown. Now the eyebrow + upper lip combo is $18!!!!! The prices keep going up and up, but the service hasn't kept up. The staff members are ruuuuuude. I have had a particularly bad experience a couple of times with a young woman whose name starts with the letter P. She likes to play religious music for the whole store to hear (yes, we get it; you're soooo spiritual), and also mess up your eyebrows. She left me with a massive cut on my eyebrow, then tried to rush me out of there so I wouldn't notice. Then instead of admitting it, she decided to give me crap about how I should actually come in to get my eyebrows threaded more often because it's sooooo much harder for her to shape my eyebrows from the beginning rather than just a quick clean-up. If it's so much more work for you, then charge more for that service. Otherwise, shut up and don't comment on my threading schedule, thanks, because the problem isn't my 4-week old eyebrows; it's your lack of skill that left me with blood on my face. Won't be going back. There are many other places downtown where I can get eyebrows and upper lip done for $15, and without the shitty attitude. Like the place down the road I walked into right after this horrible experience to get a mani (Everest Nail Salon) where they immediately noticed the cut under my eyebrow, and said "Oh, you just went to Perfect Threading, huh?"
