  • With only having 2 visits at here, I cannot say enough great things about their team. I originally went in for a pap with Mary, who was not only professionally thorough, but genuinely invested time and interest in me personally. When she called with my abnormal pap results, she was was sensitive, caring, and didn't get off the phone with me until I was comfortable. Their office was able to get me in for my biopsies the next day. I have had abnormal paps before and felt indifferent toward needing another colposcopy - I hadn't, however, experienced an EMB, and felt really nervous. Dr. Dorsey and her awesome MA did a standup job at helping me to feel comfortable. They chatted with me about Halloween and even had me laughing a couple of times. I ended up crying during the procedure, not necessarily from the pain, but from being so worked up over it, and they were both so kind and encouraging. The experience was enough for me to really understand just how much their team is dedicated to their patients. I appreciated their ability to turn an unpleasant situation into a positive experience.
