| - Wow...I ABSOLUTELY, DNT agree w/ ANY of the bad reviews, especially the last 2, both of which r just immature & petty.Ppl need 2 realize most get on yelp 2 post BAD reviews & 2 dwntalk on staff & businesses most of which r aggitated, angry ppl who either dnt understand the hole concept of a business or bcuz they didnt get their way. Bad experiences happen & there r bad places/individuals bt not @ this clinic, sum bad reviews on here aren't even written properly!They're just innappropriate & disrespectful!ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING how ppl can stoop so low as 2 try & hurt sum1's business or reputation, grow the fuck up & get over the small shit it's kinda lameThe chick that stated all of the good reviews aren't true & the ppl who wrote them r either employees or where compensated 4 it?That's just stupid & ur an IDIOT 4 saying thatjust bcuz YOU had a bad experience dsnt mean other ppl will & by the way if ur "so called amazing vet" told u another vet was recommending innecessary things & trying 2 get $$ out of u, they need 2 b FIRED bcuz in any professional field that is looked down upon & not tolerated!There r hundreds of vets & not all of them work the same!I came here a few wks ago bt hvn't had the time 2 write my review bt I still am ABSOLUTELY satisfied w/ my visit here & have even recommended ppl here.My vet that I went 2 4 many yrs couldn't squeeze me in even after I spent tons of $ @ their hospital bt am a VERY well knwn/good client 2 as well.Not gnna name that vet just bcuz I have respect towards professionals, unlike sum of these bad review yelpers!I was so frantic after I got a call from my sister saying my chihuahua poss. got into something he shouldn't have & started having diarrhea & vomiting within a few hrs, I IMMEDIATELY got out of work & after being RUDELY rejected @ my vet (which after this experience will NVR go back 2 & have asked 4 all of my records)while driving & frantically calling around 2 many vets, I was either placed on hold MULTIPLE times even when I said I was willing 2 pay the additional fee/wait if needed bt NO 1 would get me in or even seemed 2 have tried/care.FINALLY got a polite young lady telling me dr.cruz was booked BT if I headed dwn they could squeeze me in, off the bat most places tell u it will extra..bt was surprised 2 hear her tell me it's ok they had a small 30min gap in btween appts & the exam will not only b regular price bt 1/2 off 4 being a new client!As I grabbed my kiddo from home & raced 2 the clinic my poor baby vomited yet AGAIN in my car which was no issue cleaning bt made me more nervous about what could happen within the next few mins/hrs!I rushed in a wreck, the receptionist quickly helped me & gently put my kiddp on the scale 2 get a weight, she quickly confirmed my info while greeting me & put me in a rm right away.She kindly helped calm me dwn w/ a few IMPORTANT-not innecessary questions & took a quick peek @ his gums & other little things & said the tech would b right in w/ sum more Q's & 2 get my pets vitals.In a minute & the tech comes in, introduces himself & got started, not ONLY was he very gentle w/ my sick pup,he was also talking/petting him, helping soothe my lil guy a little, it was SO sweet!Dr.Cruz came in & ALSO introduced himself & LITERALLY s/w me w/ compassion as if my dog was his own, he was so thorough bt didn't drag out the appt into a long wait,tech came back w/ an estimate on the Drs recommendations & explained it all in detail, once I realized I only had a few hundred 2 pay I was then given the most important stuff that should b done 1st since money can b an issue sumtimes.Xrays were done & luckily no obstruction, he showed & explained the xrays 2 me.I went home w/ sum meds,prescription food which is easier on my pups tummy & was given detailed instructions by the tech & as I was checking out dr.cruz walked up between the rest of his appts & told me when the results came back he would give me call & told me if I didnt hear from them in a day or so 2 call back just in case, shook my hand & said I truly hope he feels better,petted my kiddo goodbye & went on w/ his next rm,the receptionist said I will call u tomorrow just 2 check in on him & in case u have any Q's told me what time they closed & said if I needed anything 2 plz call them.I spent about $300 & it was beyond worth it!2 dys aftr I got a call from the dr himself & explained the results & answered my q's, luckily nothing 2 bad came back, mostly manageable changes in my pups lifestyle, I got my follow up call the day right after my visit which is amazing how they take the time 2 s/w u, it's so caring especially w/ all the patients they have!Now my kiddo is back 2 himself & we BOTH r ABSOLUTELY glad I made the call 2 this clinic!....screw the bad reviews!
