  • For strip tourists only! DO NOT USE if you are a local. Their website says "we really love locals" HA! I requested a cab on the west side (Summerlin) and was told it would take about 30-45 minutes and I would get a call before the driver got here. After over an hour, I called again and was told it would take another hour or so. After asking if they indeed had any drivers in my area, the dispatcher recommended another company. ProTip to Desert Cab owner: If your employees have to continually recommend other companies, you're doing a lousy job.
