First, I literally repeated my 2-drink order to the lady like 5 times, and she still got my order wrong! Seriously?! She forgot the most important part of my drink: the boba! And when I told her she forgot it, even though I repeated the order so many times, she still asked me to pay for the boba. Horrible customer service! And the milk tea boba that I ordered (regular sugar & no ice), one of the worst I've ever had: it was watered down and barely sweet. So disappointed...
