Thus hotel has lost my reservation. I changed my reservation from October 7 to October 13 personally over the phone. The reservation line assured me that the change was made and the confirmation number is the same. When I called on October 12 to cancel the reservation they told me that they don't know anything about the change and that I didn't show up on 7th so they charged me. I have been calling them about it for 3 days. They keep disconnecting me and not returning my phone calls. My 20,000 points and money ($70) are gone for that reservation. I feel totally robbed.
