  • Just got in from the place. Terrible expereince. Went in for a mani-pedi. I got a male tech who simply didn't know what he was doing and couldn't speak english when I tried to give instructions. When it came time for my manicure I asked not to soak my nails in water, just wipe them with a warm cloth (LV water is too hard and soaking only dries out cuticle more) I was told they don't do that, if I wanted it I would have to pay $10 more. Of course I thought they misunderstood what I was saying so I repeated, I don't want to soak. Still the same response. I got up and left. Never to return again. Idiots!
