  • I needed numerous boxes of files shredded and contacted Assured because I have seen their trucks around town and because my company also uses them. Scheduling with Monique was easy and I even got a first-time discount. She explained that there are two types of shredding: on-site and off-site. I preferred the on-site and scheduled the appointment that fit my needs. Joe, the tech, called when he was on his way, arrived on-time, and was friendly and courteous. It was very hot that day, but he still worked hard and was careful with my papers and put the empty boxes neatly back in my garage. I would continue to use Assured because they did such a wonderful job and am very happy with their prompt customer service.
