Customer service is a big deal to me. I generally don't have an issue here, until today. I usually hit this gas station up when I need my coffee fix. The last time I used the wraparound sleeve, it broke and I spilled my scalding coffee everywhere in my car. Many other places that sell coffee make a habit of double cupping searing hot coffee, so I wasn't expecting to get scolded in front of a line of customers for using two cups. I explained what had happened the previous time I used the sleeve instead, and she still asked me to put my second cup back. They must be severely overpaying for their cups if it was that important for me to go put a cup back (which, at this point I've contaminated by handling).
If you do go here, I recommend the store-made Mexican food, with a note of caution that their tortillas are not the best. They are always mushy (I.e. if you like a certain "Bertos" in the valley, you won't like these). Their red salsa is great though.
With the exception of one woman (who was, coincidentally the lady who told me off today), the clerks aren't the friendliest. Shrug.
