Worst customer service at 7pm on 1/6/17
I had some questions about a product which an employee couldn't answer so I was told to come in when a manager was working to speak with them. The next day I called to speak with the manager instead of driving all the way to the store again, and the manager had already left for the day. So I asked the employee what time tomorrow I could call to speak with the manager and the employee told me it was a "security issue" to tell me when the manager was working and would not tell me the hours in which a manager would be in the store. My questions were regarding hair extensions. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude phone etiquette. If it's a security issue to know when a manager is managing the business, I never want to shop there. Ended up buying $400 extensions from a private seller who could answer my questions and I will never take my business to Sally's again. I will be emailing corporate.
