  • I am very disappointed with xlash. From start to finish the experience was pretty awful. I got a groupon for a full set of mink lashes. I called 3 times in 1 day trying to make an appointment and ask a couple of questions since it was my first time and got the answering machine each time. No one called me back. I left numerous messages trying to book an appointment throughout the week and not one call back. The next week I tried again and finally someone picked up the phone! I asked to make an appointment and they told me I had to do it online. That was very annoying to say the least. Someone could have still called me back! Finally the day of my appointment came, and I was super excited to try them out. Right away Tatiana showed me some hard lashes and said these are what we use or you can pay $20 more for these 3d ones. Obviously I paid extra for the softer, and much nicer lashes. She said my groupon only includes 40 lashes per eye but if I wanted more I would have to pay up to $99 more! By this time I was just like let's get on with what I already paid for. By the end the lashes looked great but within 2 days the lashes on my right eye completely fell off and within a week all of the ones on my left. I had a relash that came with it but didn't even bother to go back. What a waste of time! I will stick with my mac lashes that I paid just $20 for and can reuse over and over! I can't believe I paid $80 overall at this place. I will never go back. What a waste of time and money!
