Every year I have paid in full because of course they say they will give you 3 additional month incentive for free.
Not really, check the numbers it doesn't add up. You are still paying a premium. They only enter 12 month on their computer instead of the 15 month they promised. The remaining month you will have to prove that you've paid for them when your yearly contract expires. They will not honor it. If you can't prove it, you're shit out of luck and you already paid for the full year at premium price. You can meet your end of the bargain, but they don't. They are pretty arrogant about it when you address it to them.
Because of my past experience with them, This year I decided I wanted to pay on a monthly basis, I didn't want any incentives, I just wanted a membership. I thought that was an option. They turned me away. They wanted me to pay the full yearly amount up front or no deal. I couldn't believe it. Anyway, there are plenty of gyms around that are newer.
This is an older gym, salespeople and management are not professional. They are not true to their word. Good luck trying to get to a manager if you ever need one. They only care about one thing, It is a numbers game and management is not customer-service friendly. They really don't care about your concerns nor will they return any phone calls.
Other than making sure you get it in writing-what they promise. The classes and the instructors are great. Nothing against any of them. The only reason I would stay.
