  • I should have written this review sooner. Now that I have had horrible experiences with a different management company I truly appreciated the service I had from Lu and her team! Any maintenance I needed while I was a tenant was done promptly and wonderfully done! Any questions I had for Lu was returned with a quick phone call or text. She was wonderful! I was not very polite to her the first time I met her and she was ALWAYS kind and professional to me. I was a good tenant and had the apartment cleaned upon exit and I received nearly all of my deposit back! Apart from Lu, the other shining star was Judy. I loved working with Judy! She was the sweetest woman and I thoroughly enjoyed every encounter I had with her. Judy also has the nicest handwriting I've ever seen. I HIGHLY recommend using this company any chance you get! Thank you for the stellar service ladies! Former S. Ft. Apache tenant :)
