  • I waited TWO hours for my appointment, spent about 5 minutes with the PA and then less than 30 seconds with Dr. Bettencourt. They prescribed her personal skincare cream ($75 for one ounce) and a Rx that costs $400 to fill with insurance. Went back to pick up the cream and had to wait another 20 minutes. She seemed fine, the few seconds I saw her, but I will not go back.
