On the first installation of my new quartz countertops with the first team of installers I can say that disappointment was an understatement. I was left with joints that didn't match up and we so visible it was hard to turn your eye away from them. My fridge was damaged during installation, the countertops had scratches all over them. I was contacted by Stoneworks before I was able to contact them I explained the situation and Steve sent someone out right away to asses the situation. The two gentlemen that showed up were so kind in looking over every inch of my countertops to find even what my eye did not see. They made sure that it was all documented appropriately and ensured me that this should not have happened. It took several day for me to get back in contact with Steve to find out when they were going to send out my second new countertops for installation. I had to call Stoneworks twice and in the meantime I was contacted by Tara wondering how my installation went. Finally the date was scheduled and the second team that was sent out was amazing. They did a fantastic job reinstalling the new countertops and making sure that everything was they way it should be. Big shout out to Noe Torress and his team. It was much appreciated that they treated my installation as if they were installing in their own home. The only disappointment was that I was told by the second team that they would remove the scratched countertops and leave them with me. It was even noted on the paperwork that way. Nothing was left because they said the Steve told them to take them.
