| - Altitude Trampoline Park - Phoenix, AZ is FINALLY OPEN and well worth the wait!
This is in the old Jump City space, but completely remolded with all new, state of the art equipment.
For parents, planning and booking a child's birthday party can be time consuming, stressful and nerve racking. During the remodel, we reserved space for our son's 9th birthday. After all invitations and RSVP's were sent out, Altitude told us they were not going to be open in time, due to unforeseen construction delays. Very frustrating to say the least. But one of the owners, Larry, was very apologetic, took total ownership of the problem and remained available and in constant correspondence, ensuring the "new date" would go through without a hitch. And that it did.
The brand new facility is spacious, well lit, extremely clean and has jumping and climbing activities for all ages and abilities. Some of our favorites were the dodge-ball zone, rock climbing wall and battle beam. Plenty of food and drink options are available. Several flat screens and music added to the well appointed space. And the abundance of staff on hand make any need or question immediately answered with a smile was fantastic.
Larry, Joe, Juan and the entire staff went so far above and beyond to make sure our son's party was the best it could be... from stellar communication through the planning/reservation processes, to greeting us at the entrance, providing us with two "party attendants" who took care of our every need, and simply being cognizant of providing our family and friends with a fun, clean and safe environment... This was the best kids birthday party experience we've ever had.
We live a short walk from Altitude, with lots of kids is the neighborhood who have been anxiously awaiting the grand opening. Although delayed, I can say it was well worth the wait, and I know the people running the park will be a welcome and contributing group in the Arcadia community.
Thank you for everything, and welcome to the neighborhood!
