  • We had a not very complicated job to be done, which consisted basically in filling in a sunken tub and install a jetted tub, along with 12" x 24" travertine tiles. Kent gave me the estimate based on a few pics and all the measurements and we agreed on the time to start about (1 month before the service started, as I had to wait for the tub to arrive). In the meantime Ken came to check on the price for doing something completely different, but we ended up going with the initial idea. The job started and finished on schedule and both my wife and I were really pleased with the result. His price was also about 20% cheaper than the what contractors had estimated me, so I was really pleased with that.
