Was so excited to find a grocery delivery service on Groupon for 2 $30 credits. Signed up through the link provided on Groupon and was informed by customer service that after my 2 orders, they'd cancel my account unless I decided to keep it (in which they'd charge my card).
I should also note that no one informed me that this is a weekly service (although I probably missed that in writing somewhere).
The Groupon was purchased with Groupon bucks and Winder Farms charged MY card $58.65. Mind you, I never ordered my second delivery. Why charge me for something I never originally paid for? Well...customer service stated that the link apparently didn't work and the Groupon never went through.
The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the guy I spoke to at Customer Service was able to refund my money rather than give me a credit. I didn't even bother with my second delivery, I just got my refund and asked them to close my account.
