If I could give them negative stars, I would. We got quartz countertops and a new sink from Lowes. They use Rocksolid for their installations. The installers were very unprofessional, badmouthing their fellow employees. They removed my existing faucet, installed the counters and sink, and when the plumber (from their company) arrived, he found they had thrown away some of the parts to my faucet. It's a professional grade faucet, so they said I would have to order the parts myself, and they would send their plumber back to install. They would schedule the install, and the plumber wouldn't show up. I'd call and they would tell me he was sick. After 2 weeks of this, they agreed to let me hire a plumber and they would pay for it. Fast forward to 1 year later, and the sink is literally sinking away from the countertop. It has become detached and is about halfway off. They want to charge me $175 to fix it because I am 2 weeks out of warranty. I've never had a kitchen sink become detached from the countertop. Shouldn't they hold for more than a year?
