  • I recently moved in to this complex and only have very positive things to say about the complex. Recently, taken over by new management there are improvements being made on a daily basis First off, the pool area is beautiful and the best I have ever used in any apartment complex. The maintenance staff has always been there right away when we had things that needed to be taken care of, whether it was our repairs they were fixing or just general maintenance. The maintenance guys are also VERY nice. I would recommend young couples and families consider an apartment at The Nines since they offer a wide range of community events/gatherings. Overall, I have been very pleased with my time at The Nines and I think you will be too. :)
