  • I've never seen a McDonald's that makes more errors at the drive thru. If they make a mistake they simply say, "oh, sorry" and then move on with their day. I'm not even sure the manager knows about these mistakes. I can understand a mistake now and then, but why is it a weekly occurrence. I'd drive to another McDonald's if there was one in the area that didn't add 20 minutes to my trip.
