  • I've used this car wash a number of times over the years, but the last 4 or so visits in the last year were successively worse each time. 1. As noted above, the employees, except the owner and manager, could care less about their job. Down on their luck or not, sometimes you have to make your own luck by putting in some effort! 2. Your change and any other misc. items will disappear, so take them out of your vehicle before you entrust it to these guys. 3. Quality of the wash is average....usually still soap coming out of the car as you head down the road. Good for a rough winter cleaning, but not for $12.95+ 4. The chain driving the equipment broke during my last wash. All equipment was turned off, my vehicle was driven through, given a light spray, and hastily wiped down. When I indicated that I wanted a refund, they all started grumbling, and one of them had the nerve to say "then why the hell did you have us wipe it all down if you didn't like our wash?" As if it was my fault. Vehicle was still filthy. The manager was the only one working to fix the broken drive chain. When I asked again about my refund, the girl behind the register just stared angrily and said she could not help me. Finally after 15 minutes I asked the manager for the refund, he approved, and the girl inside basically slammed my money down and angrily stared again. Folks, you are in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry, and this was not good customer service. This place has really gone down hill, and as a result, I will not return.
