Let me start of by saying we've been staying here for the last 5 years for the dodger spring training games. We did not stay in 2017 but came back in 2018 for MLK weekend, my son had a baseball showcase. I stayed 4 nights spent well over $1,100 and referred other team families to stay here as well. Little did I know customer service is not what it used to be. My son's retainer went missing i truly believe it was accidentally thrown away by housekeeping. It was there when we left the room, not there when we came back 3 hours later after the game. Management and housekeeping apologized but did not do anything else to work with me on compensating me for my loss. I reached out to corporate customer service executives 3 of them by email and nothing back. I feel that I'm not valued as a guest (but they will take my $$$) nor did anyone reach out by phone to see if we can resolve this by maybe a credit or reimbursing me for the $350.00 maybe half for the retainer I now have to replace. I will never stay here again and I learn a lesson, never let housekeeping in to avoid items from disappearing.
