  • biggest rip off!! customers, please PLEASE shop around. Don't go here and pay OUTRAGEOUS prices for low quality instruments. If Vicky H knew I was a musical composer with high knowledge of cost and repair of instruments, I am sure she wouldn't have tried to rip me off with her crazy pricing on a USED violin. It was day light robbery. She tried to make me feel like I had no other options and pushed and pushed to purchase her instrument. When I told her that I had to consider my financial obligation she was was offended. I explained I wanted to shop around and that I usually go to Long & Mcquade for my repairs, she told me that Long & Mcquade is for "failed musicians." I dont know how this business can operate being so unethical and such a rip off. The place is dirty and needs some serious clean up inside.
