  • My husband and I were moving two pillow back side chairs in our living room over the weekend and he inadvertently grabbed the pillow back and the stitching tore loose. I called the furniture store we bought them from and they recommended Austen from Elite Upholstery. I called him first thing Monday morning, left a message and he called back later that day. When I explained what happened , Austen said he could come to our home in the afternoon and make the onsight repairs. I have to say that if you need any upholstery repairs that you give Austen at Elite Upholstery a call. Austen provides great service and is a very friendly individual.
